At ONTARIO INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Prepare tax returns

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma
  • Proficiency in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
