We are seeking an experienced Executive Food Service Director to lead our food service operations at CRAFTED1885. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our culinary services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

About the Role

This is a supervisory role that involves overseeing the preparation and serving of meals to our customers. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff who work in the kitchen and on the front lines of customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Establish effective systems and processes to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation and delivery;
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and serve food, including training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge;
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform purchasing decisions and optimize inventory management;
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on operational performance and areas for improvement;
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of food service operations with overall business goals and objectives;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education;
  • At least 7 months of experience in a similar supervisory role;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions;
  • A strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures, as well as relevant health and safety regulations;
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our company.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires working approximately 30-40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, with frequent standing, walking, and bending required.
