About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Digital Process Engineer Leader to join our team in British Columbia. As a key member of our Industrial Water practice, you'll play a crucial role in delivering sustainable solutions for our clients' water supply and treatment needs.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position based in our Burnaby office, reporting directly to the Canada West Industrial Water Practice Leader. You'll work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to support project definition and technical execution, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with our industrial water client base in Western Canada.
  • Support Sector Leaders and operations centers in Western Canada to ensure their needs are met.
  • Perform complex engineering design tasks on assigned industrial water and wastewater-related projects.
  • Lead process engineering teams, develop water/wastewater characterization and sampling plans, and create engineering drawings.
  • Present to clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders, conduct quality reviews, and provide technical support as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 10 years of process engineering experience.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) status is required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
