About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a team of innovators who are shaping the future of simulation and software development. As a Senior R&D Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of software products and supporting systems, working closely with colleagues in small cross-functional teams to tackle complex issues and satisfy customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain software modules and sub-systems
- Participate in Agile process meetings and employ best practices to convert customer requirements into scalable designs
- Perform complex bug verification, release testing, and beta support for assigned products
- Research and understand marketing requirements for products, including target environment, performance criteria, and competitive issues
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing commercial enterprise software
- Experience with developing web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular or React framework
- Experience in designing APIs and developing scalable services using object-oriented languages (Python or C# or Java)
- Experience with large project development and deployment on AWS and/or Azure
