Facilities Asset Management and Lifecycle Planner

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Asset Management Planner to join our team in the City of Coquitlam.
Estimated salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year.

Job DescriptionAs the Facilities Asset Management Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing City-owned facilities lifecycle plans and schedules and budgets. You will use your excellent research and analytical skills to determine if repairs or replacements are required throughout various City facilities, while ensuring you are abiding by building bylaws, codes and regulations.
You will act as the Project Manager of an array of asset management, facility maintenance and capital projects. This will include preparing and overseeing budgets concerning the City's buildings and necessary equipment.
Requirements- Diploma in Building Systems Technology or a related field
- At least 3 years of related experience in asset management of facilities
- Driver's License for the Province of British Columbia
