**About the Role:**

Sunfire Protection Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager - Cleaning and Support to join our team. This role will oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless work flow and effective communication.
  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Prepare budget estimates for cleaning supplies and equipment, and manage financial records to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Recommend additional services required to maintain facilities, such as painting, repairs, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
