About This Role

Giant Tiger is a Canadian-owned and operated retailer with a strong commitment to the community and over 60 years of success. We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Saint John, NB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service at the checkout counters
  • Accurately record customer transactions in the electronic cash register

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills

Work Schedule:

A typical full-time schedule will consist of day shifts, two evenings per week, and alternating weekends with a schedule of 40 hours weekly.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include standing and/or walking, bending, twisting, and squatting, as well as lifting and/or moving up to 18 kg (40 lbs).
