Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations

Behaviour Interactive is a leading game development studio, and we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our influencer management and public relations efforts. As a Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations, you'll be responsible for setting the global direction for our influencer management and PR initiatives, empowering your team to create high-quality campaigns, and fostering collaboration with partners and agencies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global influencer management and PR strategies for our live games
- Lead a team of influencer managers and PR managers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and development
- Manage influencer and PR budgets, ensuring a strong ROI and alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with partner teams to drive the success of our PR efforts and ensure a positive player experience
- Communicate player experience insights and address negative sentiment and press, including managing crises
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with a proven track record of launching games and driving positive ROI
- Knowledge of and/or a network within the current game community, influencers, and journalists
- Strong understanding of influencer and PR KPIs, with a track record of driving positive ROI and staying up-to-date with current trends
- Experience managing influencer and PR teams, with a passion for team building and mentoring
- Fluency in English; speaking French is a strong plus
