As the Hospital CEO, you will be responsible for leading our hospital's strategic planning, business development, quality improvement initiatives, and stewardship of resources. You will work closely with our executive team to drive growth, improve patient outcomes, and enhance our reputation as a leader in the healthcare industry.
What We SeekWe look for a highly skilled and experienced leader who possesses:
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or an appropriately related field (preferred)
- Five years' experience in hospital leadership or equivalent in the healthcare industry
- Proven experience in corporate planning, development, management, board development, and multi-hospital operations
- Behavioral Health, Rehabilitation or Long-Term Acute Care experience (as applicable)
You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, numerical acumen, and the ability to understand complex concepts and integrate them into plans of action. You must also be able to concentrate and focus attention for extended periods.
