Key Accountabilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Organizational Growth
    • Develop and implement long-term strategies to expand membership and enhance service delivery.
    • Strengthen our operational framework, technology adoption, and risk management practices.
    • Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership to align the organization's mission with industry trends.
  • Pension Governance & Fiduciary Oversight
    • Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and fiduciary requirements related to pension administration.
    • Implement best practices in risk management, financial oversight, and business continuity planning.
    • Strengthen the organization's governance framework, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Business Development
    • Lead efforts to expand pension plan membership into new sectors.
    • Serve as a key representative in building relationships with employers, government, trustees, unions, and industry partners.
    • Enhance the visibility and reputation of VenorTalent through targeted outreach and innovative service offerings.
