Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Allegiance Building Maintenance Ltd. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and organized space
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and tidy environment
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized space
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to ensure a clean and tidy environment

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment: This is a temporary, on-the-road job with a 35-40 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
