Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Skyland Motel Inn & Suites. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of 1 to 2 team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate and review work, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Manage the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as necessary to ensure business continuity.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
- Plan, organize, and direct administrative services, including signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Basic security clearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
