Motel Operations Supervisor

At Skyland Motel Inn & Suites, we are seeking a highly skilled Motel Operations Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of our team members, ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Assist guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay with us is enjoyable.
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including the maintenance of computer systems, equipment, and machinery.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that our motel is well-stocked and ready for our guests.
- Plan, organize, and direct administrative services, including signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Basic security clearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a large workload.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent work term.
- 30-40 hours per week.
