Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Skyland Motel Inn & Suites. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of 1-2 team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as necessary to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
- Plan, organize, and direct administrative services, including signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- College or CEGEP education.
- Basic security clearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent work term.
- 30-40 hours per week.
- English language work environment.
