Job Title: Software Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Everest IT Solutions.

Job Summary:

The Software Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and internal teams. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance to users, and maintaining accurate records of problems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software
  • Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions
  • Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
