About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at 15149576 CANADA INC. as a Bookkeeper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Process payroll, including calculating and preparing cheques, and administer benefits.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including statistical and accounting reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including GST/HST and other relevant taxes.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and QuickBooks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position in an urban area with a private sector company.
