Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years
- Alternatively, equivalent professional experience will be considered
- Generate and send invoices to clients
- Manage, update, and retrieve financial records
- Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining filing and record-keeping systems
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Organize and oversee inventory management
- Compile and prepare financial reports
- Familiarity with ACCPAC software
- Proficient in electronic mail systems
- Skilled in spreadsheet applications
- Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows
