Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join the College of New Caledonia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of the institution, ensuring it remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Location: New Caledonia

The successful candidate will have experience in leading digital transformation projects, with a strong understanding of the higher education sector. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the institution's digital capabilities, ensuring alignment with its goals and objectives.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and implementation of a digital transformation strategy for the College of New Caledonia.
  2. Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the institution's goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these gaps.
  4. Develop and implement a plan to improve the institution's digital capabilities, including infrastructure, systems, and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Criteria
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the higher education sector.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of the higher education sector and its needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
