Director of Water/Wastewater Operations

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Water/Wastewater Sector Director to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a key member of our Critical Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our Water/Wastewater business strategy in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our Water/Wastewater capabilities in Canada.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex water/wastewater treatment projects.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Water/Wastewater sector.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in Engineering from an accredited institution along with P.Eng. registration in Canada.
- 15+ years of related work experience preferably in the consulting industry.
- Prior experience delivering projects via collaborative/alternative delivery models, particularly in a lead designer/project manager role.
- Proven, successful experience in managing multi-disciplinary design teams and client relationships.
