About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Water/Wastewater Sector Director to join our team at Parsons Corporation. As a key member of our Critical Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading our Water/Wastewater Business Sector practice in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the pursuit and execution of projects in the Water/Wastewater sector, including traditional and alternative delivery models.
  • Develop and manage multi-disciplinary design teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and hire key personnel to expand our capabilities in the Water/Wastewater sector.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow our Water/Wastewater practice in Canada.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Engineering from an accredited institution, with P.Eng. registration in Canada.
  • 15+ years of related work experience in the consulting industry, preferably in a lead designer/project manager role.
  • Prior experience delivering projects via collaborative/alternative delivery models, particularly in a lead designer/project manager role.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary design teams and client relationships.

Parsons Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $154,800 - $287,700, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, and employer-paid provincial care premiums.
