We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales and customer relationships team at GrainCorp.

As Head of Sales and Customer Relationships, you will be responsible for driving sales across our Nutrition & Energy product ranges, working closely with our customer-focused sales and services individuals to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales and customer service professionals to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize productivity and performance
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and evaluate marketing initiatives across Nutrition and Energy product categories
  • Understand customer landscapes and develop go-to-market strategies for lead generation, monitoring, and conversion
  • Provide direction to the sales and customer service teams to optimize overall productivity and performance
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in either an Agribusiness, FMCG, F2B, or B2B sector, with tertiary qualifications in marketing, economics, business, or a related discipline.

Previous experience within a customer-focused digital transformation is highly desirable.

Contemporary views around business development and an understanding of agricultural markets are essential.
