Pest Control Specialist

Location:

We operate in various locations throughout Canada, providing our services to a wide range of clients.

Duties:

Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify infestation sources, extent of damage, and access to infested areas.

Prepare and apply products on infested areas using mechanical or electric sprayers and set traps as per regulatory guidelines.

Offer recommendations to clients on preventing pest infestations.

Study preliminary reports of infested areas and determine the treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestations.

Ensure all work is documented and submitted electronically after each visit.

Requirements:

A Structural Exterminator License is not required but preferred.

A valid Driver's license and clean driving record are required.

A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills are essential.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Benefits:

We provide paid training, and any certifications required will be paid for by the company.

A company vehicle is provided, reducing the expense of paying for gas or insurance on your personal vehicle.

A company phone is provided, which can be used for personal use.

Uniforms are provided, so you do not need to pay for your own work clothes.

We pay for 50% of the cost of your steel toes, once per year.

We have a matching RRSP program up to 3.5% of your base salary per year.

Paid sick and vacation days are provided.

Ability to make production and commission bonuses (after 3-month probation).
