Job Responsibilities

As a Pest Control Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inspecting properties to identify infestation sources, extent of damage, and access to infested locations.
  • Preparing and applying products on infested areas using mechanical or electric sprayers and setting traps as per regulatory guidelines.
  • Providing recommendations to clients on preventing pest infestations.
  • Studying preliminary reports of infested areas and determining the treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation.
  • Ensuring all work is documented and submitted electronically after each visit.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Driver's license / clean driving record.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • A successful criminal background check.
