About the Role

Rexel Atlantic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to lead our Nova Scotia/ Newfoundland region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the region, ensuring efficient use of resources, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales and operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and developing solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Education: University/College degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
