About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
- Provide basic care and support including feeding, toileting, and transferring;
- Accompany clients on outdoor recreational activities and provide social support;
- Assist with household chores and meal preparation;
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to management;
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress;
- Diploma in Health Care Aide or equivalent experience;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends;
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification;
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
