Job Title: Cook

At Dana Hospitality, we are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using different cooking methods, including grilling, roasting, and sautéing.
  • Ensure that all meals are prepared within the allocated food budget and meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to FOODSAFE standards.
  • Operate commercial kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, and steamers.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in the hospitality/food service industry.
  • Food Safety certification.
  • WHMIS test (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System).
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Professional and punctual attitude.
  • Able to set up and work a station.
  • Fully vaccinated.
  • Food handler certified.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday during the day time.
