Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Consultant to lead our strategy efforts and drive decision-making to enhance workplace planning, design, wellness, and sustainability across North America.

  • The ideal candidate will have 4-8+ years of experience in a similar role within an AEC firm or comparable environment, with strong project management skills and the ability to lead teams.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Strategy, or a related field is required, along with change management certifications (CCMP, PROSCI) being a plus.
  • The successful candidate will be skilled in organizational and behavioral analysis, data-driven strategy development, and change management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy efforts, managing client expectations and driving decision-making to enhance workplace planning, design, wellness, and sustainability.
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform occupancy plans and develop planning studies.
  • Prepare concise, visually impactful briefs that translate data into actionable recommendations for clients and project teams.
  • Research and assess global trends in workplace behavior, leveraging insights to improve workplace functionality across physical, digital, and social environments.
  • Collaborate with regional teams across North America, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure consistency and high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Strong North American project experience is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Strategy, or a related field.
  • Change management certifications (CCMP, PROSCI) are a plus.
  • Skilled in organizational and behavioral analysis, data-driven strategy development, and change management.
  • Adept in strategic planning, with the ability to lead, pitch to clients, and translate complex data into actionable insights.
