SAP Business AI Intern

SAP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Global Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in building best-in-class customer experiences. As a SAP iXp Intern, you will play a key role in driving customer renewals, adoption, expansion/upsells, and customer references.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Cloud ERP Product Champions and key SAP stakeholders to drive Adoption and Consumption of AI use-cases.
- Support adoption tracking, development of assets and playbooks to help drive Business AI adoption.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to utilize strong analytical skills to process and interpret data.
