About the Role

The SAP iXp Intern - Business AI, Cloud ERP Adoption is a unique opportunity to gain cross-functional skills and work on real-world projects. As an intern, you will support our Global Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to build best-in-class customer experiences, with a focus on various support areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Cloud ERP Product Champions and key SAP stakeholders to drive Adoption and Consumption of AI use-cases.
  • Support adoption tracking, development of assets and playbooks to help drive Business AI adoption including customer-facing and internal resources.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to utilize strong analytical skills to process and interpret data, translating findings into actionable plans.
  • Effectively manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a passion for sales and technology.
  • Team player, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction.
  • Business fluent in English.
About the Team

The Adoption Office Team is responsible for supporting Customer Success Managers (CSMs) globally with driving customer renewals, adoption, expansion/upsells, and customer references. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to develop knowledge and capabilities in the following areas:

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Digital Supply Chain Solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management.
