About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a SAP iXp Intern - Business AI, Cloud ERP Adoption. In this role, you will support our Global Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to build best-in-class customer experiences, with a focus on various support areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Cloud ERP Product Champions and key SAP stakeholders to drive Adoption and Consumption of AI use-cases.
  • Work on initiatives that improve the Customer Success Capability of Business AI in the context of Cloud ERP Solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to utilize strong analytical skills to process and interpret data, translating findings into actionable plans.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a passion for sales and technology.
