Solutions Architect Internship

We're looking for a talented Sr. Solutions Architect RPO to join our team and help us deliver exceptional RPO solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Support RPO sales opportunities from customer brief to contract signature.
- Design compelling and best-in-class RPO solutions that differentiate the KellyOCG RPO offering.
- Deliver high-quality, customer-centric outputs that help KellyOCG win and grow RPO business with new-logo and current customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to develop innovative and creative RPO processes, tools, and solutions that anticipate and respond to our customer's needs.
- Deliver exceptional RPO bids by collaborating with the RPO Sales Team to fully understand customer needs, developing the KellyOCG 'RPO solution design', and ensuring the agreed win themes run through our entire response.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years required designing and selling recruitment solutions focused on the RPO solution.
- Strong knowledge and proven track record in the workforce solutions industry.
- Experience with operational aspects of RPO Solutions.
- Ability to understand financial concepts to make pricing decisions.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Flexibility and agility in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
- Collaboration skills across the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Proven success applying innovative and creative problem-solving skills.
- Able to travel domestically (and internationally if needed).
