About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Market Access Analytics and Insights. Key Responsibilities
  • Market Access Strategy Development: Lead the development of market access strategies for our U.S. brands, leveraging data analytics, customer insights, and business knowledge to inform decision-making.
  • Analytics and Insights: Deliver high-quality analytics and insights to inform market access strategy, including the analysis of claims data, market dynamics, and value drivers.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of analytical talent, providing guidance and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics and insights.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including commercial leaders, sales teams, and marketing teams.

Requirements
