Job Title: Marketing Manager

At MHZ Capital Group Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Brand Development: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure effective resource allocation and ROI measurement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management skills, and proficiency in marketing software and tools.
