We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn & Suites Calgary South - Conference Ctr. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and leading a team of guest service agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 11-15 guest service agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, coordinate and assign work, and maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment.
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Support for Diversity and Inclusion: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, and Indigenous people.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
