We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Real Canadian Superstore. As a Customer Experience Expert, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional shopping experiences for our customers.

Salary

The estimated hourly wage for this position is between $17.40 and $18.00 per hour. This is a unionized position and pay rates are set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. This includes:

  • Providing personalized assistance and answering customer inquiries
  • Ensuring accurate product scanning and handling customer transactions
  • Executing company-directed promotions and programs
  • Maintaining product displays and ensuring store appearance

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be available to work the required shifts and able to lift up to 50lbs depending on the department. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
