Job Overview

The Paradies Shops is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales goals.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide memorable and personalized customer service through needs analysis and product recommendations.
  • Offer customers promotional products and services, while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates and management.
  • Maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.
  • Efficiently and accurately conduct customer transactions, receiving, cycle counts, product returns, and transfer transactions on our POS and handheld systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively using the English language.
  • Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
  • Proficiency required in reading, writing, and mathematics.
