Associa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Caretaker to join our team. As a Building Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our residential rental building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, elevator cleaning, and garbage removal
  • Engage with tenants to ensure their needs are met and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements as needed
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections to ensure the building is in good condition
  • Maintain accurate records and submit required paperwork in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in building maintenance or a related field
  • Good knowledge of building maintenance and operations functions
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including the Rental Tenancy Act
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
