Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 15565588 Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, monitor staff performance, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff, set work schedules, and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Negotiations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
