Job Title: District Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join our team at Pernod Ricard. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing relationships with existing accounts, primarily retail stores, as well as developing new business opportunities in your region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and increase sales within your territory through the execution of national and regional marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales objectives and oversee activities at all retail outlets.
  • Manage new product launches and execute merchandising and promotional programs as per national and regional strategies.
  • Track account activity, prepare administrative reports, and manage shelving and display programs.
  • Manage advertising and promotion budgets within fiscal allocations as outlined by the regional office.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment to contribute to overall team objectives and dynamics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of related outside sales experience.
  • 3+ years of related wine and spirits experience is an asset.
  • University degree or relevant work experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Strong time management and organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team player.
  • Travel required.
  • Valid driver's license.
