About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a 5-star experience for all clients
  • Determine client dental concerns and goals, and present treatment options to motivate them to start their orthodontic journey
  • Manage client calls and inquiries, including appointments, confirmations, and administrative tasks
  • Optimize appointment schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Track and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting to monitor client progress

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience and customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong influencing and negotiation abilities
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
