This Clerical On-Call position requires an individual who is proficient in office software and has excellent communication skills to provide administrative support to our schools.

  1. Receiving and screening phone calls and mail to direct to the appropriate personnel or take messages as needed
  2. Responding to inquiries and providing general information to staff, students, and the public in a prompt and professional manner
  3. Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient record-keeping and compliance

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
