Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Director to join our fast-paced team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our financial performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing insights and recommendations to executive management.
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Support capital raising efforts by providing financial data and analysis.
  • Develop long-term financial plans and strategies to position the company for success.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of executive-level finance experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience leading financial planning and analysis functions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive financial performance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
