We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Fernie Alpine Resort. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role requires the ideal candidate to have previous accounts receivable experience and be a clear communicator with an excellent knowledge of Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate invoices for all tour operators and other providers.
  • Verify pricing from price lists and ensure correct information on invoices.
  • Adjust cash sheets as required.
  • Input data into tour operator reports.
  • Liaise with customers and send out invoices and monthly statements.
  • Reconcile aged trial balances.
  • Assist with month-end duties and other related accounting department duties as required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
