Business Analyst Role at Viva Tech Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Viva Tech Solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing complex data and developing strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead data analysis and financial modeling initiatives to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
  • Design and implement data visualization solutions to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely and effective delivery of business objectives
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Asset Management, or a related financial services sector
  • Proven experience in data analysis, including working with large datasets, financial modeling, and using analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel)
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and market regulations
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
