As a Co-op Talent Management Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of talent management initiatives that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of talent management strategies and programs that align with business objectives.
- Assist in the design and delivery of training programs and leadership development initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform talent management decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the talent management team, including data entry, reporting, and communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of talent management initiatives.
- Bachelor of Business Administration or Commerce with a concentration in Human Resources or Marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform talent management decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
