Job Title: HR Business Partner

At Johnston Group, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic HR guidance to business leaders and employees.

About the Role:

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive employee engagement, culture, and performance. This includes:

  • Recruitment and talent management
  • DEI initiatives and projects
  • HR policy compliance
  • Leading projects to enhance HR focus areas

You will work closely with our Senior Manager, Human Resources, to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role
  • Bachelor's Degree or Human Resources Certificate (CPHR preferred)
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Proven ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into HR initiatives
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize work based on business demands
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
