Job Summary:

The Construction Project Coordinator will play a vital role in planning and supervising construction projects from start to finish. They will work closely with project stakeholders, engineers, architects, and clients to determine and coordinate project specifications. This includes reviewing shop drawings, developing project schedules, and chairing project meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to determine project specifications
  • Review shop drawings for coordination
  • Develop and plan for project requirements
  • Chair project meetings
  • Develop and update project schedules
  • Write scope of work documents
  • Perform all duties as assigned by the Director, Construction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Residential Project Manager
  • In-depth understanding of construction and project management principles
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (including MS Project)
  • PMP or equivalent certification would be an asset
