About the Role:
The IT Manager, Digital Product Delivery will lead the delivery of new digital products, features, and experiences in line with commercial organization priorities and strategies. This role will be accountable for delivering amazing online-to-offline experiences that improve customer satisfaction and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of digital products and features across the customer journey
- Collaborate with Digital Delivery Leads, Product Owners, IT Platform Owners, IT Security, Hotel Operations, and third-party vendors
- Develop and maintain regular written and in-person communications with stakeholders and sponsors
- Establish and maintain a continuous learning environment to strengthen the team's bond and sense of ownership
- Drive the organization toward greater enterprise agility through identifying and partnering with other departments to address organizational impediments
Requirements:
- 5-7 years' experience in a fast-paced environment leading agile transformation and successfully shipping large-scale, consumer products
- Proven track record in delivering cross-functional programs while leveraging Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Experience working across cross-functional teams with diverse profiles of people, processes, and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in business or IT discipline (Computer Science)
- Certifications in Agile/PMI
What You'll Bring:
- Proven track record of taking a digital product from ideation through planning, implementation, launch, and handoff to operations
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly break down ambiguous problems and identify risks/root causes
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex challenges, risks, and options analysis in a clear and concise presentation
- Ability to lead and develop others in a cross-functional environment
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to deliver results while managing multiple priorities with lean resources in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
Hybrid Working Model:
This role will be a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario.
