About the role

Key responsibilities

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value and complex small business relationships, with a focus on retention and growth. This will involve:

  • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Developing a deep understanding of the small business market, including financial statements, risk management policies, and legal documentation
  • Partnering with colleagues to create a customer-centric environment and drive business growth

Requirements

  • You'll need a results-oriented attitude, excellent business development skills, and a strong understanding of small business products and services
  • You'll be proficient in financial analysis, risk management, and legal documentation, with a focus on small business
  • You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • You'll have a degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience as a small business owner
  • You'll have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
