Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,192.75 - $72,769.06, reflecting our commitment to providing fair compensation for exceptional professionals like you.

About the Role
This position involves working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to provide evidence-informed mental health counselling services to at-risk youth. You will promote a culturally safe and therapeutic environment, establishing strong relationships with clients. Your duties include assessment, case management, referrals, and record-keeping, all within our trauma-informed, inclusive, and equitable framework.

Key Responsibilities
* Promote a culturally safe and therapeutic environment
* Provide individual and family counselling services using strength-based approaches
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and activities
* Coordinate services and manage client cases
* Refer clients to community resources
* Maintain accurate records in accordance with agency standards and privacy policies

Requirements
* Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or Counselling (or equivalent international qualifications)
* Post-graduate experience in the mental health sector, preferably with youth up to age 18
* Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-informed therapies and trauma-informed care
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong case management, administrative, and organizational skills
* Valid First Aid/CPR certification and completion of required crisis intervention training
